Halloween is such a great opportunity to face your fears! Here’s a little video that explains how and why it’s so important to do it not only once but again and again.
Last Halloween, I sent out a little video because a year ago I was afraid of making videos: that was me facing my fears. Since then I’ve done a few videos but not as many as I’d like. Guess what? I’m less afraid. Find out why you absolutely must face your fears over and over again and not let them drive you.
